What we collect

When you register, place an order, or contact us, we collect your name, email, phone number, and the order details you provide — such as domain name, hosting requirements, and project requirements.

Payment information

Payments are made manually via QR code. We ask you to upload a screenshot of your payment as proof and, optionally, a transaction reference — we do not collect or store card, UPI PIN, or bank login details.

How we use your information

We use your information to process orders, verify payments, assign and communicate with developers, provide support, and send order-related notifications by email and in your dashboard.

Who can see your data

Your order details are visible to our admin team and to the developer assigned to your project. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Analytics and advertising

This site uses Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to understand how people find and use it, and to measure whether our advertising works. These set cookies in your browser and tell Google and Meta which pages you opened, and whether a visit ended in an enquiry or an order.

When you place an order or send an enquiry, we also report that conversion to Meta from our own server. That report carries the event, the amount, your IP address and your browser identification — this is the minimum Meta accepts. We do not send your name, email address or phone number, and we never sell your information.

Meta may additionally collect details you type into forms on this site through its own pixel. If you would rather not be measured this way, a browser content blocker or your browser’s tracking-protection setting will stop it, and nothing on this site will stop working.

We also keep our own record of which pages of this site were opened and when. If you are signed in, that record is against your account, so our team can see what you were looking at when you ask for help. If you are not, it is grouped by browser session and cannot be tied to you. It holds the page, the time, where you arrived from (for example Google or Facebook) and your approximate location — country, state and city — worked out from your IP address by a location lookup service. The IP address itself is not stored, nor anything about your device, and the record is deleted after ninety days.

Your choices

You can update your profile information at any time, or request account deletion from your profile page. Some order records may be retained where required for accounting or legal purposes.
