What we collect
When you register, place an order, or contact us, we collect your name, email, phone number, and the order details you provide — such as domain name, hosting requirements, and project requirements.
Payment information
Payments are made manually via QR code. We ask you to upload a screenshot of your payment as proof and, optionally, a transaction reference — we do not collect or store card, UPI PIN, or bank login details.
How we use your information
We use your information to process orders, verify payments, assign and communicate with developers, provide support, and send order-related notifications by email and in your dashboard.
Who can see your data
Your order details are visible to our admin team and to the developer assigned to your project. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Your choices
You can update your profile information at any time, or request account deletion from your profile page. Some order records may be retained where required for accounting or legal purposes.
