Placing an order
When you select a package and add domain, hosting, or extra pages to your cart, you're agreeing to the price shown at checkout. Package prices, domain prices, and hosting prices are set by us and may change over time — the price you see at checkout is what applies to your order.
Payment & verification
Orders are marked pending until our team verifies your payment proof. Work begins only after payment is verified and a developer is assigned.
Custom work
Requirements submitted through Ask to Expert are quoted individually. A quote is not a confirmed order until you accept it and complete payment.
Domains & hosting
Domain and hosting purchases are valid for the period shown at checkout (typically one year) and can be renewed from your order page before they expire.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information and content you provide for your website, and for responding promptly when your project needs input from you.
