Products with variants, sizes and multiple images; categories customers can filter and sort; search that finds a product by the name a customer would actually type; and stock that goes down when an order is placed, so you do not sell what you no longer have.
Checkout and payments
Cart, address, delivery charge and payment — as few steps as the order allows, because every extra screen loses buyers. Online payments go through an Indian payment gateway registered to your business, so the money reaches your account directly and never passes through ours. Cash on delivery can run alongside it, since a large share of first orders in India still choose it.
