Yes, with a new Website Designing package. The first year is free on .in, .com, .co.in. Other extensions are charged at their normal price.
The first year is free. After that it renews at the normal price for that extension — you will get a reminder before it is due.

We need a delivery address and billing details to raise a proper invoice and finish the job. Fill in your profile once and you are taken straight back to checkout.
Yes. Go back to the plan step and pick another one — the domain, hosting and extras are re-priced against the new package automatically.
Yes. Each project is its own order with its own brief, pages and files. Start another one from My Projects.

Payment
See all 12 →Scan the QR code on the payment step, or pay to our UPI ID 7060026002@upi, then upload a screenshot of the payment so we can verify it.
Payment is by UPI — scan the QR code shown at checkout and upload the screenshot. For anything else, open a ticket and ask.
Yes. It is how we match your payment to your order. Without it we cannot verify and the work does not start.
It is optional. If your payment app gives you a reference number, adding it helps us find your payment faster.
Our team checks it by hand, usually the same working day. You will see the status change on your order, and your services switch on the moment it is verified.
We have your payment screenshot but a person has not checked it yet. Nothing starts until it is verified — that is deliberate, so you are never charged for a service that began before we confirmed the money.
Project
See all 43 →What the website is for, who it is for, and what it should do. A site you like the look of helps a lot. A new build needs at least 200 characters — enough to actually scope it.
Because a one-line brief cannot be built from. Two hundred characters is roughly three sentences — what the business does, who it serves, and what the site must achieve.
Yes, from your order page, right up until a developer starts building from it. After that, open a ticket and we will make the change with them.
Open your order and press "Add page content". Each page has its own editor for the words, and its own upload for photographs.
Yes. Every page has its own photo upload, so a shop-front picture stays with the Home page and product shots stay with Products.
Up to 16 MB per file. They are sent one at a time with a progress bar, so a big batch never fails as a whole.

Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, sign in and ask for a new one from the banner at the top.
So we can reach you about your project, your invoices and your renewals. Everything important goes to that address.
Open My Profile and update it. Your invoices use these details, so keeping them current matters.
Type the six digits and wait a moment — we look it up from the postal directory. If nothing appears, type the city and state yourself; it will still save.
Orders
See all 28 →Open My Projects. Each one shows its type, its domain, its hosting, how many pages have content, and its status.
Open My Orders and pick the order. The timeline shows every step it has been through and when.
We have your screenshot and are checking it. It is shown as "Payment Verification Pending" on your order.
Your payment cleared and a developer has been given the job. They will pick it up and start from your brief.
Your site is actively being built. You can still send page content while this is happening.
We need something from you — usually page content or a decision. Check your order page and your tickets.
Renewals
See all 7 →Domains and hosting run for a year. We remind you before they expire, and you request the renewal from My Domains or My Hosting.
Before it is due — you will see an "Expiring soon" badge on the item as well as an email.
Open My Domains or My Hosting and press "Request Renewal" on the item. Our team picks it up from there.
The service lapses at the end of its term. Renew before then, or open a ticket if you need more time.
It is the normal price for that plan or extension. A first year that was free or discounted renews at the standard rate.
Yes, automatically. Your hosting shows what the next renewal will cost after the credit is taken off.
Support
See all 7 →Open a support ticket from your panel. Everything about your project stays attached to it, which beats a chat thread nobody can find later.
Under Support, My Support Tickets shows every conversation and its status.
Our team works through tickets in order. Urgent issues with a live site are picked up first — say so in the ticket.
Yes — Support then Knowledgebase, with articles on the common questions.
A ticket is the reliable route because it stays attached to your project. If a WhatsApp number is shown on the site, that works for quick questions.

Policies
See all 7 →Refunds are handled case by case rather than by a fixed rule on the site. Open a ticket explaining the situation and our team will confirm what applies to your order.
That is not fixed on the site. Tell your developer what needs changing through a ticket and they will confirm what is in scope for your package.
