What you get, and what you have to decide

Every build starts with a page plan — which pages the site has and what each one is for. It is the one decision that changes everything downstream, so we settle it in writing before anyone designs a screen. The packages are priced by page count for exactly this reason: you can see what your plan costs before committing to it.

Fixed pages or a dynamic site

A fixed site is right when the content rarely changes — a profile, a service list, contact details. A dynamic site adds an admin panel and a database behind it: you add pages, publish notices, take enquiries and download what people submit, without calling anyone. If you expect to update the site more than a few times a year, the dynamic build pays for itself in the first year.

Hosting and the domain

Each website package includes hosting for a year, and a new build includes its first-year domain. That means one bill and one place to renew from, rather than a hosting company, a domain registrar and a developer who each blame the other two when the site goes down.

How the work runs

• You place the order and fill in the page plan; we come back with anything that is unclear before starting.
• You upload what you already have — logo, brochure, photos, old site content — against the order, so it does not live in a chat thread.
• Design is shown to you and changed until it is right, then built.
• You get the admin panel with the handover, and the login is yours.

What we do not do

We do not hold your domain, hosting or admin login as leverage. If you leave, you leave with all three. It is worth asking anyone else you are considering the same question.
