Software Developer

About the role

We need a Junior Developer who can take a client's requirements and turn them into a working website with minimal hand-holding. You'll own individual projects end to end — build, test, deploy and hand off — while senior developers stay available for the harder problems.

What you'll do

• Build and customize websites from approved designs and requirements
• Write clean, maintainable PHP/Laravel code and basic tests
• Deploy changes and manage simple hosting/domain configuration
• Communicate progress and blockers directly with clients when needed
• Review pull requests from trainee developers
• Keep project status updated in our order-tracking system

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years of hands-on web development experience
• Working knowledge of PHP and a MVC framework (Laravel preferred)
• Comfortable with MySQL, Git and basic Linux commands
• Understanding of responsive design and Tailwind/Bootstrap
• Ability to independently handle small to medium projects
• Good written communication for client-facing updates
