Telecaller

About the role

We're hiring trainee telecallers to reach out to leads who've shown interest in our website packages, explain what we offer in simple terms, and pass along anyone who's genuinely interested. Full training on our pitch, packages and pricing is provided — no prior sales experience needed.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to leads from our CRM each day
• Explain our website packages and pricing clearly and honestly
• Log call outcomes and next steps in the CRM after every call
• Pass qualified, interested leads on to the sales team
• Hit daily call-volume targets set by your team leader

What we're looking for

• Clear spoken Hindi and basic English
• Confident, polite phone manner
• Basic computer skills (typing, using a CRM/spreadsheet)
• Freshers welcome — full training provided
• Comfortable with daily call targets
