Telecaller

About the role

We need someone to run our telecalling floor day to day — splitting up incoming leads fairly, coaching callers on their pitch, and owning the team's monthly conversion number as their own. You'll spend part of your day on calls yourself and part of it listening in and coaching.

What you'll do

• Distribute incoming leads across the telecalling team
• Listen to calls and coach telecallers on pitch and objection handling
• Track and report the team's daily/weekly/monthly conversion numbers
• Step in personally on high-value or difficult leads
• Run daily huddles to review targets and blockers
• Escalate recurring pricing or product objections to management

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of telecalling/tele-sales experience, including team handling
• Proven ability to hit and report on team-level sales targets
• Experience coaching callers on pitch and objection handling
• Comfortable reviewing call quality and giving feedback
• Strong ownership mindset over team performance
