Telecaller

About the role

This role is for a telecaller who already knows how to work a lead pipeline — following up consistently, handling objections about price or timeline, and closing paid orders. You'll own a set of active leads and be measured on how many of them convert.

What you'll do

• Manage a live pipeline of leads through to conversion or close-out
• Follow up on every lead within the expected response window
• Handle objections around pricing, features and delivery timelines
• Walk interested leads through checkout and payment
• Report weekly pipeline and conversion numbers to your team leader

What we're looking for

• 6 months to 1 year of telecalling or tele-sales experience
• Track record of meeting call/conversion targets
• Comfortable explaining pricing and packages confidently
• Good follow-up discipline — no lead left unattended
• Basic CRM/spreadsheet reporting skills
