Support Executive

About the role

As a trainee support executive, you'll be the first line of contact for clients reaching out over tickets, WhatsApp and our chatbot. You'll learn our platform and common client issues on the job, escalating anything you can't resolve yet to a senior teammate.

What you'll do

• Respond to client questions via support ticket, WhatsApp and chatbot handoffs
• Answer common questions about orders, domains, hosting and renewals
• Escalate technical or unresolved issues to Junior/Team Leader support
• Keep ticket notes clear so handoffs don't lose context
• Learn our platform, packages and policies during onboarding

What we're looking for

• Basic computer literacy and written English/Hindi
• Patient, polite communication style
• Willingness to learn our platform and common client issues
• Freshers welcome — full training provided
• Comfortable working in shifts if required
