Software Developer

About the role

We're looking for a motivated trainee developer to join our remote technical team. You'll be paired with an experienced developer and get hands-on exposure to real client websites from day one — this is a genuine learning role, not busywork, and strong performers move into the Junior Developer track within 6-12 months.

What you'll do

• Shadow senior developers on live client website builds
• Write and test small features under code review
• Fix bugs and make content/design updates on existing sites
• Learn our Laravel-based internal tools and workflow
• Attend daily stand-ups and weekly training sessions

What we're looking for

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Familiarity with any programming language (PHP, Python, Java, etc.)
• Willingness to learn Laravel and our internal tools on the job
• Freshers and final-year students welcome
• Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
• Comfortable working remotely with a stable internet connection
